Mount Novu (Fonni)

 

Take a walk from S’omine mortu all the way to Sos Concales, along the paths marked by herds of mouflons that inhabit these mountains and under the vigilant gaze of the golden eagle.

We will continue along the dirt roads of Mount Novu towards S’omine mortu, where there are several century-old yew trees. We will then reach Sos Concales, where we will have the opportunity to visit the typical Barraccos (old sheep pen), where the shepherds of the Gennargentu used to live until recently. This walk is recommended for: enthusiasts, scholars and athletic people. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes, trekking shoes and bringing a water bottle.
